Today is a lovely Sunday, I spent some time to dancing in some classical Christian music.
My action isn't that steady at first, but after some practice, my legs are getting firm on the ground. I think the most important thing about dancing is to do some motions steadily.
While the music slow down, I tried to keep my foot stable on the floor of my apratment; while the album is playing some rock musics, I would dance like a wild beast in the jungle.
After the dancing, I swept a lot and felt exchausted. But the feeling of relax overwhelm me! As an editor, the amount of my excercise is less than the average standard. So spending a few minutes to enjoy wonderful dance on Sunday night is good to my health.
Except for that reason, I need more excercise to control my weight if I want to stay fit.
